beach access
the staff were friendly and helpful, i suppose.
The hotel feels like a relic from a bygone era. It needs some serious tlc. the lack of direct beach access required relying on a shuttle, a minor inconvenience, i suppose. the worst was a receptionist who couldn't communicate properly and gave me the wrong shuttle schedule. I ended up stranded on the beach. great.

decent stay, some issues noticed
oceanside viewclosed beachlimited water
The oceanside view from my guest room 1 king oceanside was acceptable. the location of this hotel is excellent. It is beautiful and serene.
I was not pleased to discover the access to the beach is closed. i also found it unacceptable that they only give 1l of water per room. This felt quite cheap, considering the hotel's supposed standard. i expect better from a hotel in this category.
